Bella Piazza in Pocahontas

We have been here twice and were impressed both times!!! The wait staff was very friendly and "on it", their red sauce and chicken parm are to die for and my boyfriend loved their garlic cheesy bread! When they have the salad bar open it is fresh and awesome!

This is my favorite place to eat with the whole family or to take your wife for a date. They also serve alcohol responsibly. However my food portions get smaller and smaller. Example Chicken Parmigiana Cremera less and less pasta which _hello_ needs more since you are an Italian restaurant.

Only thing worse than the food is the service.

Food was amazing a little slow but well worth it I was very impressed with the portions.

They lost my order for a Caesar salad with chicken, when it finally came, there was no chicken and the caesar salad dressing was so salty that I couldn't finish it. I was with a group, so it was more complicated than normal, but apparently when she couldn't remember who was supposed to get the Caesar they tossed it rather than asking. My colleague got a pizza which apparently was pretty good and which arrived in a timely fashion.

Great food. And usually quick about getting your food to you.

Over Priced. I had Spaghetti and Meatballs. "Cook" came by asked how I liked the Meatballs? Stating they were trying a new brand. REALLY ..... granted it was considerate to ask. But crushed the illusion of handmade. ruined the rest of the dish. Wishing Id just went to the frozen section of grocery store for the evening meal. The Air Conditioning wasn't working properly or they wanted it in the 80s.Our waitress was very polite and mindful, however. KUDOS to her.It was only my second time there. It was not a bad meal or experience. Just Maybe my memory had exaggerated and was the reason of my disappointment.

Poor customer service. Teenagers at fast food places have better customer service than the owner of this business. He is just not going to make it with that kind of attitude over a dollar mistake. Learn to apologize and be on the customers side. You are in the service industry. If you can’t be nice to people go work in the production of food and not serving it to actual people. I hope the loss of $60 a month for who knows how many months over $1 was worth being that rude over nothing.

The most amazing pizza I have ever had! Loved the food! Great salad and pasta! The best Italian food I have ever eaten!

Food is good and service is friendly.

We were seated immediately. Got soft drinks quickly and ordered quickly. From that point, service was incredibly slow despite nearly empty restaurant (4 other tables) and 3 wait staff. Had to ask for straws, silverware, bread repeatedly. Never got the silverware. Got it ourselves from another table. Got bread finally as we were leaving an hour and 15 minutes later after continued requests. Food was overcooked and dry with the exception of the spaghetti which was more water than sauce. Bread was burnt. Took nearly 20 minutes from the time they took our debit card for payment until they returned it. We will not return.

Better quality ingredients than other restaurants in the area. Tried the jalapeno popper pizza (with cream cheese) and it was delicious. Also the cheese bread is amazing. Best marinara sauce I have had in a long time. We look forward to going there again to enjoy more menu items.

Just ate there. Ordered a strawberry pina colada for my mom & myself. The manager admitted they changed formulas when we complained about the lack of taste. Barely had any out of the glass, which tasted like iced water with light strawberry flavor. They still charged me for both of them.

Great food,good service

The food was great, unfortunately our server was stretched to thin. Waited for refills, and then had no ticket when we checked out. Had there been more servers it would have been a much better experience.

New bartender was very friendly and attentive. Freshly made cheese sticks were delivered quickly and were good! A good, smoke free place to meet friends.

It was very good and the waitress was very good of taking care of everyone

Had their calzone for lunch, it was pretty nice. The have generous sized iced tea glasses and the service was pretty good. Will try again for sure.

I absolutely love this place! The drinks are good and the food is wonderful. I have never found an Italian restaurant where I love the lasagna, it’s always mediocre but Bella piazza has amazing lasagna! Everything on the menu is great! The cooks are spectacular and the waiters and waitresses are fantastic! If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should!!

Chicken marsela sub is awesome. Request yours to be made by the cook Michael and by no other.

Gluten free invented for me with complementary home fries that are the best, most edible I ever crunched. Then the salad bar was so fresh, I looked outside for the garden. Over-the-top garlic butter shrimp was presented so unpretentiously, I could not believe the gourmet experience of savoring each plump, fresh bite. Thank You, for not being just another tourist trap. This experience was coordinated by a server who was hospitality incarnate. Now to finish my blessed meal. Thank You, God!

Really good, a very pleasant surprise. Had a lunch pasta sampler that was extremely good.

I shared a meal with my Pastor Drew Pearson and his family last night. It was delightful. We had to wait for meatballs but well worth it.

The very best food. Pizza,pasta and calzone! Alot of food for under $10 a meal. Cathy our waitress was wonderful. Nice atmosphere ♥️

One star. Let me explain. We went here for supper last night. First of all, the service was excellent. As for the food however, I've had better Italian in a frozen tv dinner. It had absolutely no flavor. I overheard the server say that the meatballs were frozen and I'm sure everything else was as well. I could have taken a bread knot home to use as a hammer. I had the calzone and I may have well have been eating a brick. Probably would have been easier to chew.

Really amazing local Italian restaurant. Their pizza is the best around. They also have a really good salad bar and serve alcohol. Quiet and friendly atmosphere with very great service.

Server was impeccably courteous despite waiting the whole place solo. The menu is impressive and the pizza we ordered was excellent.

Spouse and I have eaten here two or three times. We've had the spinach alfredo, mozzarella sticks, the salad bar, dessert, and more. Service is friendly, food is tasty and fresh.

Owner and staff are fantastic and friendly. The waiting staff is prompt and polite. The food is the best Italian around, and I hear the pizza is to die for. This humble Local Guide highly recommends a stop here on the historic Pocahontas Square for some fine Italian cuisine.P.S. They now serve ales, spirits, and fine wines!

We used to eat here twice a week but not anymore. Service has slowed down and unfortunately so has the food quality. We still eat here every once in a while just not as often as before. Still definitely not the worst place in town though.

The service and food are fantastic! It's great to have good Italian food in such a small town.
